1. Purpose
The lomear.com website is operated under the LOMEAR brand. These terms govern access to and use of the site. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept these terms and the policies linked to them.

2. Products and information
LOMEAR sells physical products for the home, pets, DIY and everyday life. We do our best to accurately present features, dimensions, colors and uses. Photographs may nevertheless vary slightly depending on screens and production runs. The essential characteristics and the applicable price are shown on each product page before ordering.

3. Permitted use
You agree not to use the site for fraudulent, unlawful, harmful, abusively automated purposes or purposes that infringe the rights of third parties. Any attempt at unauthorized access, tampering or disruption of the site is prohibited.

4. Orders and payment
An order is final only after payment is validated and confirmed by LOMEAR. We may cancel or refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, obvious pricing error, unavailability or incomplete delivery information. In that case, any amount collected is refunded.

5. Intellectual property
The texts, visuals, logos, videos, layouts and brand elements on the site are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

6. Third-party services
The site may use third-party services, including Shopify and payment or delivery providers. Their operation may be subject to their own terms. LOMEAR remains responsible for its legal obligations to the consumer.

7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights recognized for consumers. LOMEAR cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, to the instructions provided or to the precautions normally expected.

8. Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the site, the services or the regulations. The version that applies to an order is the one accepted at the time of that order.

9. Governing law and contact
